DRF godfather Phin Barnes has joined forces with Dan Portillo to co-found The General Partnership. Phin spent the past 18 months post-First Round collaborating with Dan on the prior iteration of The GP, Sweat Equity Ventures, working hand-in-hand with a tight-knit group of founders as a builder-investor.
